US House Speaker Mike Johnson Backs Iran Deal, Praises Trump’s Leadership

Washington: US House Speaker Mike Johnson has expressed support for a potential agreement with Iran, saying that only President Donald Trump is capable of bringing Tehran to the negotiating table.

In a statement posted on social media, Johnson said he is pleased that a peace agreement with Iran appears to be taking shape.

He added that the United States is awaiting further details of the proposed deal between Washington and Tehran.

Johnson further stated that under President Trump’s leadership, the United States is becoming “stronger and more respected.”
