Alleged Drug Dealer “Anmol alias Pinky” Claims Torture and False Charges After Arrest in Karachi

Karachi: Anmol alias “Pinky,” who is accused of cocaine trafficking and murder, has made further allegations regarding her arrest and police treatment. Speaking informally to the media, she strongly denied all charges and claimed that the entire case against her is based on a “planned conspiracy.”
She alleged that police not only subjected her to physical torture but also falsely implicated her in crimes she did not commit. According to her statement, officers took her to a house that had reportedly been closed for 20 years, allegedly placed narcotics there themselves, and then forced her to pick them up in order to justify her arrest.

The accused further claimed that even cases related to the deaths of children due to drug overdoses in the city were wrongly registered against her. She also alleged that during custody, she was slapped, threatened by investigating officers, and pressured to comply with their demands.
On the other hand, some circles have dismissed her statements as an attempt to gain sympathy. Police maintain that they have strong evidence against Anmol alias Pinky, stating that multiple cases of drug trafficking and murder have been registered in different police stations across Karachi. Authorities also consider her a key figure in a major drug network operating in the city.
