Government Cuts Kerosene Oil Price, Increases Petrol and Diesel Rates

Islamabad: The government has reduced the price of kerosene oil by Rs41.80 per litre, according to an official notification.

Following the reduction, the new price of kerosene oil has been fixed at Rs318.96 per litre.

Earlier, the government had announced an increase in the prices of petroleum products. According to the Petroleum Division, the price of high-speed diesel was increased by Rs15 per litre, raising the new rate to Rs414.58 per litre.

Similarly, the price of petrol was increased by Rs14.92 per litre, taking the new price to Rs414.78 per litre.

The revised fuel prices came into effect from midnight.
