Ten killed, six injured in deadly RCD Highway accident near Dalbandin after tyre burst

Balochistan – At least ten people lost their lives and six others were injured in a tragic road accident on the RCD Highway near Dalbandin, officials said on Saturday.
According to police, a passenger car traveling towards Dalbandin suffered a sudden tyre burst, causing the vehicle to lose control. The car then collided head-on with an oncoming tanker, resulting in a devastating impact.
Chagai District Deputy Superintendent of Police stated that all occupants of the car were Afghan nationals reportedly traveling without proper legal documentation. The severity of the crash caused all ten passengers to die on the spot, while six others sustained critical injuries.
Rescue teams and local residents quickly reached the scene and shifted the deceased and injured to Prince Fahd Hospital in Dalbandin. Medical Superintendent Dr. Long Khan confirmed that ten bodies had been received, while the injured were undergoing emergency treatment, with several reported to be in critical condition.
Police have registered a case and launched an investigation into the incident. Authorities are also working to identify the victims and determine further details surrounding the crash.
