Empowering Youth Is the Most Effective Strategy Against Extremism, Says Bilal Khan Kakar

**Quetta (Qudrat Daily):** Under the vision of Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Sarfraz Bugti for youth prosperity and sustainable development, Vice Chairman of the Balochistan Investment Board, Bilal Khan Kakar, attended a Policy Dialogue for Stakeholders on Countering Violent Extremism (CVE) as the chief guest.

Addressing the gathering, Bilal Khan Kakar said that the youth of Balochistan possess immense potential and, if provided with proper guidance, opportunities, and institutional support, they can not only create employment for themselves but also play a significant role in the economic development of the province. He emphasized that steering youth towards positive activities, education, and entrepreneurship is the most effective strategy to counter extremism.

He informed the participants that the Government of Balochistan is soon establishing a Business Facilitation Center aimed at providing young entrepreneurs with one-window facilities, including business registration, investment guidance, legal assistance, market access, and coordination with relevant government departments. He said the center would serve as a strong platform for youth to transform their business ideas into practical ventures.

Bilal Khan Kakar stated that under the leadership of Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti, the provincial government is taking serious and practical steps to empower youth, and the Business Facilitation Center is an important component of this initiative. He urged young people to fully benefit from government opportunities, adopt innovation and hard work, and actively contribute to building a brighter future for Balochistan.
