Six Convicted in Triple Murder Case Sentenced to Death in Kohlu

Kohlu (Daily Qudrat) — The District and Sessions Court Kohlu has sentenced six men to death after they were found guilty in a high-profile triple murder case.
District and Sessions Judge Muhammad Anwar Muhammad Shahi delivered the verdict in case FIR No. 08/2025, registered at Levies Police Station Lasizai. The accused were charged under multiple sections of the Pakistan Penal Code, including 302, 457, 354, 147, 148, and 149.
After a detailed trial spanning several hearings, during which both prosecution and defense counsel presented their arguments, the court announced its decision today.
The convicted individuals have been identified as Lal Jan, Qutab Khan, Kareem Nawaz, Wazir Muhammad, Sharbati Khan, and Muhib Khan.
According to case details, the incident took place on September 8, 2025, in Lasizai area, where a man and his two sons were shot dead. The victims were identified as Usman, Khan Muhammad, and Wali Muhammad.
The prosecution was represented by Deputy Prosecutor General and counsel for the complainant Advocate Mir Attaullah Mari, while Advocate Masoom Mari appeared on behalf of the accused.
The court observed that the prosecution successfully proved the charges beyond reasonable doubt before awarding the death sentences.
