According to a report by a French news agency, citing Putin’s diplomatic adviser, the proposal was discussed during a recent conversation with former US President Donald Trump. Putin reportedly expressed readiness to halt hostilities during the Victory Day celebrations.
The adviser added that Trump supported the idea, stating that the day marking the defeat of Nazi Germany represents a shared victory.
