Trump Reportedly Safe After Shooting Incident at White House Correspondents’ Dinner, Suspect Arrested

According to media reports, a serious security incident took place during the White House Correspondents’ Dinner in Washington, D.C., where a suspected gunman allegedly opened fire at a venue hosting the annual gathering of journalists and political figures.

Former U.S. President Donald Trump, First Lady Melania Trump, Vice President JD Vance, and other cabinet members were reportedly evacuated immediately by security personnel. All high-profile attendees were confirmed safe.

Authorities said the armed suspect allegedly targeted a security checkpoint and opened fire, injuring a security agent.
