Fans Allowed to Attend PSL 11 Final at Gaddafi Stadium, Says Govt

Lahore: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has granted permission for spectators to attend the final of the 11th edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL).
The decision was confirmed by Mohsin Naqvi, Chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), who stated on social media that he had requested the prime minister to allow fans into the stadium for the final match.
Naqvi said the prime minister agreed with the request, emphasizing that fans should be allowed to enjoy the game. Following appeals from franchise owners, the government approved spectator attendance for the final.

The PSL 11 final is scheduled to take place on May 3 at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore.
Naqvi also thanked the prime minister for the decision and noted that Shehbaz Sharif has simultaneously stressed the importance of maintaining austerity measures across the country.
It is worth noting that the government had earlier announced an austerity campaign in light of rising oil concerns linked to tensions in the Middle East.
