Maya Khan Shares Simple and Effective Weight Loss Journey

**Karachi (Qudrat Daily):** Renowned Pakistani actress Maya Khan has revealed her simple approach to weight loss, emphasizing determination and healthy living over shortcuts.
Speaking during an appearance on a private TV program, Maya Khan responded to a question about losing weight through intense workouts or medication. She said that when she decides to do something, she commits to it fully.
The actress shared that it took her four to five years to gradually lose weight. However, she admitted that her weight increased again during a visit to the United States, but she managed to bring it back under control through consistent effort.
“It’s all about intention,” she said, adding that she remained focused on her goal of shedding excess weight.
Maya Khan also opened up about the criticism she faced in the past. She revealed that people used to mock her with hurtful remarks, which affected her at the time. However, she said such comments no longer impact her.
She credited her mother’s advice for strengthening her mindset, saying her mother always encouraged her to remain mentally strong regardless of circumstances.
The actress further disclosed that she followed a healthy diet plan and, in 2020, successfully lost 8 kilograms in just 22 days through disciplined eating habits and determination.
