Zimbabwe’s Brad Evans Sets New T20 Record, Usman Tariq Approaches Historic Mark**

Islamabad (Qudrat Daily) – Zimbabwe fast bowler Brad Evans has created a unique record in T20 cricket by taking wickets in 28 consecutive innings, becoming the first bowler in T20 history to achieve this feat.

Evans secured this record during the ICC T20 World Cup Super 8 stage match by dismissing West Indies captain Shai Hope.

Previously, the record was jointly held by Sri Lanka’s Lasith Malinga and Ireland’s Mark Adair, who each had wickets in 27 consecutive T20 innings.

Pakistan spinner Usman Tariq is closing in on Evans’ record, having taken wickets in 25 consecutive innings. This milestone has generated excitement among cricket fans, as a potential new record looms in international T20 cricket.
