Zara Noor Abbas Breaks Silence on Rumors About Friendship with Sajal Aly

KARACHI — Pakistani actress Zara Noor Abbas has addressed rumors regarding an alleged rift with her close friend and fellow actress Sajal Aly, dismissing speculation about tensions between the two.

In a recent interview, Zara Noor Abbas said, “Alhamdulillah, Sajal is doing well, and we recently spoke.” She expressed disappointment over what she described as the public’s tendency to assume negativity, particularly when celebrities unfollow each other on social media.

The actress noted that many people believe if two individuals unfollow one another online, it means they are no longer in contact. She questioned why negative assumptions are often made about her relationships.

Zara also addressed rumors suggesting that she may have spoken negatively about Sajal Aly. “Everyone talks about one another in the industry,” she said, adding that such speculation is often exaggerated.

Reflecting on her personal experiences, Zara Noor Abbas shared that she has learned an important lesson: not everyone who shakes your hand is truly your friend — especially in the showbiz industry, where social interactions are frequent. She remarked that one must be cautious and mindful of whom to trust.

The actress further revealed that she previously considered many people as close friends and was part of several social circles. However, her husband, Asad Siddiqui, often advised her to be more careful. According to Zara, she now realizes that her husband’s advice was often correct.

Her statement appears to put an end to speculation surrounding her friendship with Sajal Aly, emphasizing that not all social media activity reflects real-life relationships.
