Historic Digital Recruitment Test in Balochistan Ends Nepotism and Bribery; Successful Candidates Receive Offer Letters Within Hours

Quetta (Daily Qudrat Quetta): For the first time in Balochistan’s history, the Finance Department conducted a **“Digital Recruitment Test”** for government jobs, aiming to eliminate nepotism and bribery and ensure appointments based solely on merit.
Chief Minister Balochistan, **Sarfraz Bugti**, attended the event and personally called candidates to confirm the transparency of the test. He emphasized that in Balochistan, government jobs will no longer be sold or influenced by recommendations; only candidates who prove their ability will succeed.
CM Bugti announced that the era of favoritism and bribery is over, describing the fully computerized and human-intervention-free test as a historic milestone. Congratulating successful candidates, he asked if they had faced any demands for bribes or recommendations, to which candidates confirmed the process was entirely fair and merit-based.
He highlighted the symbolic nature of the test, stating that today, a laborer, a teacher, and even a minister’s son took the same test on equal footing. To reward the team behind the test, including the Finance Department and **BUITEMS**, CM Bugti announced an additional month’s salary for their exemplary performance.
The digital system will soon be expanded to the **Balochistan Public Service Commission** and all districts, ensuring transparency at every recruitment level. The process is now paperless and leverages modern technology, including AI, to deliver immediate and accurate results.
At the conclusion of the event, CM Bugti personally distributed **offer letters** to the successful candidates and reaffirmed his commitment to restoring the trust of Balochistan’s youth in the state.
