Indian TV Actress Sukirti Kandpal Reveals How Life Took a Different Turn at 23

**Islamabad:** Indian television actress Sukirti Kandpal, known for her role as Shruti Ahuja in the popular drama *Anupama*, revealed that her life took an unexpected turn when she was about to get married at the age of 23.

The 38-year-old actress from Nainital shared that she had been prepared for marriage at 23 but later decided to cancel it. She explained that at the time, she felt too young and uncertain about how to balance her new career with the responsibilities of marriage.

Sukirti said she is now content with her life and would prioritize a long-term relationship before considering marriage again. Over the past five years, she worked on *Anupama* alongside Rupali Ganguly and Bigg Boss 19 winner Gaurav Khanna, gaining recognition for her portrayal of Shruti Ahuja.

In a previous interview, she reflected on her past relationship with Manavendra Singh Shekhawat, explaining that although they planned to marry, their relationship eventually ended. Looking back, she believes it was the right decision, noting that at 22 or 23, one often struggles to understand what is truly right or wrong for them.
