Karachi Police Arrest Main Accused in Father-Son Double Murder After 22 Years

KARACHI: The Baldia Town Police have arrested the main accused in a father-son double murder case, 22 years after the incident, following a technical investigation.
According to officials, the suspect, Imran Nagori, also known as Iqbal, was apprehended using technical tracking devices. SSP Kemari, Amjad Sheikh, stated that in 2003, the suspect killed a father and son over a personal dispute. The victims, Sohail and Muhammad Ismail, were shot in the head and face.
The double murder case had been registered at Baldia Town Police Station against five named suspects. The main accused had been on the run for years, reportedly using fake identities to evade capture.
SSP Amjad Sheikh added that further investigation is underway, and additional legal action will be taken against the arrested suspect.
