YouTuber “Ducky Bhai” Released on Bail; What’s Next in the Case

Islamabad – Popular YouTuber Saad Ur Rehman, known as *Ducky Bhai*, has been granted bail by the Lahore High Court in a case involving the upload of inappropriate content and promotion of illegal gambling applications. He was released after providing surety bonds worth Rs 1 million.

The hearing took place on Monday before Justice Shahram Sarwar, who approved Ducky Bhai’s bail following the arguments presented by both sides.

Ducky Bhai was initially booked on August 17 by the National Crime Agency (NCCIA) for allegedly promoting illegal gambling apps on his YouTube channel.

Additionally, a complaint filed by Ducky Bhai’s wife, Aroob Jatoi, led to a separate case against nine cybercrime agency officials. She alleged that these officers demanded and received millions of rupees in bribes from Ducky Bhai after his arrest and transferred dollars from his accounts into their own.

With his release on bail, the next phase of the case will involve formal investigation proceedings, verification of allegations regarding cybercrime and bribery, and subsequent court hearings to determine accountability and legal consequences.
