Gold Prices Surge Again in Global and Local Markets

**Karachi (Qudrat Daily)** — Gold prices increased once again in both **international** and **domestic** markets on Monday.

In the **international bullion market**, the price of gold rose by **$13 per ounce**, reaching **$4,015**. Following the global uptrend, the **local gold market** also witnessed a sharp increase, with the price of **24-karat gold per tola** rising by **Rs. 1,300**, bringing it to **Rs. 423,862**.

Similarly, the **price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold** climbed by **Rs. 1,115**, reaching **Rs. 363,393**.

Alongside gold, **silver prices** also saw an uptick. The **price of silver per tola** increased by **Rs. 25** to **Rs. 5,152**, while the **price of 10 grams of silver** rose by **Rs. 22**, reaching **Rs. 4,417**.

Market analysts attributed the latest surge to continued global uncertainty and investors’ preference for gold as a safe-haven asset.
