Supreme Court Adjourns Super Tax Case Hearing Until Tomorrow

Islamabad: The **Supreme Court of Pakistan** has adjourned the hearing of the **super tax case** until tomorrow. The proceedings were conducted by a **five-member constitutional bench** headed by **Justice Aminuddin Khan**.
During the hearing, **Advocate Farogh Naseem**, representing various taxpayer companies, continued his arguments and **cited multiple judicial precedents** to support his stance. He maintained that his **primary objection pertains to Section 4C(1)** of the relevant tax law.
Following the submissions, the **apex court adjourned further proceedings** of the case until tomorrow.
