Imran Khan’s life is in danger, don’t know if I’ll survive or not, Bushra Bibi

Rawalpindi: Bushra Bibi, wife of PTI Chairman Imran Khan, has expressed concerns about Imran Khan’s life being in danger, saying, “I don’t know if I’ll survive or not.”
Speaking informally to journalists in Adiala Jail, Bushra Bibi stated, “I am putting these statements on record because I don’t know whether I will survive or not. Imran Khan’s life is at risk. He has been poisoned before and fired upon.”
“We have filed a petition in court regarding the poisoning of the PTI Chairman. No decision has been made yet,” she added. “I have not mentioned anyone’s name in the petition. What are they afraid of?”
Bushra Bibi recounted the events from last year when Imran Khan was arrested from Zaman Park. “He was asleep when they came to arrest him. Imran Khan told the police who came for his arrest to wait while he took a shower,” she said. “To arrest Imran Khan, they even broke bulletproof glass at our home. The police covered Imran Khan’s face with cloth and dragged him away.”
She further revealed the conditions Imran Khan faced during his 8-day detention in Adiala Jail. “In Attock Jail where he was held, there was filth, and they didn’t provide proper food. They would give him one meal a day, served in a dirty manner,” she said. “In the cell where Imran Khan was kept, there were insects. He spent nights picking insects out of his hair.”
“These enemies might be happy hearing this, but I pray to Allah to curse them,” Bushra Bibi concluded.
The situation surrounding Imran Khan’s safety remains tense as concerns over his well-being continue to escalate.
