JUI-F Decides to Stay Out of Political Alliances, Criticizes KP Government’s Performance

Islamabad** – Senior Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F) leader Hafiz Hamdullah has announced that the party has decided not to join any existing political alliance. Speaking in a recent interview, he emphasized that JUI-F has no interest in political change in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, citing administrative failure and a lack of peace in the province.
Hafiz Hamdullah also stressed the importance of preventing horse-trading in the upcoming Senate elections, stating that electoral transparency is crucial to protecting public interest. He urged opposition parties to contest elections under a strong, united front to improve their chances of success.
Commenting on recent political engagements, he confirmed that leaders from PML-N and PPP met with Maulana Fazlur Rehman but said no final decision has been made by him regarding the Senate elections.
Criticizing the current provincial administration, Hamdullah claimed the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has failed to provide security and good governance, and reiterated that the public is demanding peace and stability.
JUI-F’s decision to remain independent highlights a strategic shift, as the party distances itself from mainstream alliances ahead of key political developments.
