Assistant Commissioner, Tehsildar, and Other Officials Martyred in Bajaur Blast; Prime Minister Condemns Attack

Islamabad: A deadly blast near Phatak Mela in Bajaur has resulted in the martyrdom of Assistant Commissioner, Tehsildar, and other officials.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif condemned the blast and expressed his sorrow over the martyrdom of Assistant Commissioner, Tehsildar Nawagai, and other personnel. He prayed for the elevation of their ranks in the afterlife and extended condolences to the families of the martyrs.
The Prime Minister also directed authorities to provide all possible medical assistance to the injured. He reiterated his government’s firm resolve to eliminate terrorism completely.
Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi strongly condemned the blast near the government vehicle in Tehsil Khaar, paying tribute to the martyred officials, including AC Faisal Sultan, Tehsildar Abdul Waqeel, Subedar Noor Hakim, and Constable Rashid. He emphasized that the cowardly acts of terrorists will not weaken the morale of the people.
National Assembly Speaker Ayaz Sadiq called the attack on the Assistant Commissioner’s vehicle a “cowardly and shameful act.” He prayed for the elevation of the martyrs’ ranks and patience for their families.
