Conference of Unity and Harmony Organized by Majlis-e-Ulama Pakistan Balochistan
Quetta:Under the auspices of Majlis-e-Ulama Pakistan Balochistan, a conference titled “Unity of the Ummah” was held at the Press Club Quetta, chaired by Central Chairman Ruet-e-Hilal Committee Pakistan and Khateeb-e-Wa Imam of Badshahi Masjid, Maulana Syed Muhammad Abdul Khabeer Azad. The conference was attended by eminent scholars from all sects, grand muftis, distinguished social figures, journalists, intellectuals, and other prominent personalities.
Addressing the gathering, Maulana Syed Muhammad Abdul Khabeer Azad asserted, “Pakistan is united and will remain united. We will not allow the impure agendas of hostile forces to succeed. Only by remaining united as one nation can we defeat the enemy. These hostile forces seek to weaken us through conflict and instability, aiming to fulfill their nefarious agendas, which we will not permit. We must uphold the principles of Islam—brotherhood, love, tolerance, and unity.”
Highlighting the significance of unity among Muslims, Maulana Syed Muhammad Abdul Khabeer Azad urged the scholars to remain vigilant, especially in safeguarding against conspiracies during the sacred month of Muharram. He emphasized the collective responsibility to thwart every conspiracy aimed at spreading discord and instability through unity and consensus.
The speakers reiterated their commitment to national security, pledging sacrifices if needed to ensure that the enemy does not succeed. They expressed solidarity with Pakistan’s armed forces and security agencies, acknowledging their unparalleled sacrifices in defending the country.

The conference concluded with a unanimous resolve to uphold Pakistan’s unity, strengthen interfaith and inter-sect harmony, and promote the message of peace and unity as exemplified by the foundational principles of Pakistan—unity, faith, and discipline.
