Balochistan CM Vows to Eliminate Terrorists After Attack on Jaffer Express

Quetta:Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti condemned the terrorist attack on the Jaffer Express as a cowardly act of terrorism, vowing to bring the attackers to justice. In a statement, Bugti declared that those responsible for the bloodshed would have no place on this land and pledged to eliminate all terrorists from the province.
He emphasized that any challenge to the state’s authority in Balochistan would be dealt with severely. “The attack on the state is intolerable. We will hunt down the killers one by one. The people should not be afraid; we will not rest until the enemy is defeated,” he said.
The Chief Minister assured the public that security forces are actively pursuing the terrorists, with ongoing search operations across the region. “No one will escape. Our forces will continue until the last terrorist is eliminated,” Bugti added.
He also expressed full support for the country’s security forces, emphasizing that the entire nation stands united behind them in eradicating terrorism. “The attack on Jaffer Express is an attack on national security, and we will respond decisively. There is no place for terrorists in Balochistan,” he stated.
The Jaffer Express, traveling from Quetta to Peshawar, was hijacked by terrorists, and a security forces operation is currently underway to rescue the hostages onboard.
