Sardar Yar Muhammad Rind Criticizes Rigged Elections, Urges Restoration of True Democracy

Quetta:Senior politician and former federal and provincial minister Sardar Yar Muhammad Rind has strongly criticized the manipulation of elections in Pakistan, attributing the country’s current state of affairs to the actions of those who brought “para-shooters” into the assemblies. He stated that those responsible for introducing such figures into political positions have led the country to its current state, leaving Pakistan isolated on the global stage. Rind noted that even friendly nations are gradually distancing themselves from Pakistan.
In his remarks, he condemned the “sham elections” that resulted in the blatant suppression of the public’s right to vote. He said that the victories of elected representatives were overturned by millions of rupees in bribes, turning wins into losses overnight. Rind described the process as a selection, not an election, and equated it to a direct assault on the country’s democratic system.
He called for those behind the scenes, who orchestrated the rigging, to reflect on the harm they have caused to Pakistan. Rind declared that the manner in which fake representatives were brought into the assemblies was the largest electoral fraud in Pakistan’s history, which the public had already rejected. He emphasized that the people now fully understand that their true leaders’ victories were turned into defeats, with para-shooters being placed in the assemblies, pushing the nation toward further instability.
Rind concluded by urging that the time has come to restore genuine democracy in the country. He called for the election of real representatives who can guide Pakistan in the right direction, instead of continuing to undermine the people’s decisions.
