The meeting focused on national security, peace and stability in Balochistan, development projects, and the establishment of the state’s writ.

During the meeting, Chief Minister Bugti expressed deep sorrow and regret over the tragic incident in Kalat, offering condolences to the bereaved families. He emphasized that the perpetrators of the incident would not be forgiven and would be brought to justice.

Highlighting the government’s efforts for ongoing peace and stability in Balochistan, the Chief Minister stated that sustainable solutions could be found through dialogue, but added that any challenge to state laws and refusal to engage in talks would not be tolerated. He stressed that the state’s authority would be upheld at all costs, and no one would be allowed to spread chaos.

The Chief Minister also noted that for the first time in the history of Balochistan, appointments for teachers and medical staff had been made on merit, with no jobs being sold in the education sector. He mentioned that the public had praised the government for these merit-based appointments.
