Gold Prices Drop in Global and Local Markets, Silver Prices Remain Stable

Karachi: Gold prices witnessed a decline in both global and local markets. On Monday, the international bullion market recorded a decrease of $8 per ounce, bringing the global price to $2,658. Similarly, in local gold markets, the price of 24-carat gold dropped by 800 PKR per tola, reaching 277,000 PKR. The price of 10 grams of gold also fell by 687 PKR, settling at 237,482 PKR. Despite the drop in gold prices, silver prices remained unchanged. The price of silver per tola remained stable at 3,400 PKR, and the price per 10 grams was 2,914.95 PKR.
