Government Members Are Welcome to Join the Opposition — Doors Are Open, Good Ministries Will Also Be Given: Opposition Leader in Balochistan Assembly Mir Younus Aziz Zehri

QUETTA Opposition Leader in the Balochistan Assembly Mir Younus Aziz Zehri has said that once the numbers game is complete, a no-confidence motion will certainly be brought against the provincial government, because every political party desires to form a government. If government members and provincial ministers are troubled by their own government, the doors of the opposition are open for them, and they will also be given good ministries.

In an interview, Mir Younus Aziz Zehri said that the opposition has appreciated the government’s good steps, while wherever mistakes or shortcomings have surfaced, they have been pointed out on the floor of the Balochistan Assembly. The opposition’s aim is not to break political traditions but to play its role in a constitutional and democratic manner.

He said that if government members or provincial ministers are not satisfied with their government, they can contact the opposition; our doors are open for them and we are also ready to give them good ministries.

Referring to the tenure of former Chief Minister Jam Kamal Khan, the Opposition Leader said that we do not want to break political traditions; however, if anyone wants to create the same situation again, we are ready to face it.

Mir Younus Aziz Zehri said that just as political conditions were faced during Jam Kamal’s tenure, we are ready now as well. If anyone is fed up with us, let them proceed — we are not the ones to back down.
