‘I’m Afraid of Injections, I Haven’t Had Lip Fillers’: Actress Sabina Farooq
LAHORE: Pakistani actress Sabina Farooq has responded to critics who speculated that she had undergone lip-filler treatment, clarifying that she has not had the procedure because she is afraid of injections.
Recently, the actress shared a video on her Instagram account in which she addressed comments about her appearance and explained the truth behind the speculation.
Sabina said that several people had commented on one of her Instagram stories, suggesting that she had also opted for lip fillers.
Responding to the remarks, she questioned why undergoing lip fillers was being treated as something negative, adding that there was nothing wrong with someone choosing to have the procedure.
The actress further clarified that she had never had lip fillers because she was afraid of injections. She said that she even avoided injections when suffering from an illness or infection.
Sabina added that if she were not afraid of injections, she might consider getting one or two cosmetic procedures herself.
She also emphasised that people should avoid making negative judgments about others based on their appearance. According to her, undergoing cosmetic treatments is not something to be ashamed of, and everyone has the right to look beautiful in their own way.
Her remarks have drawn attention to the debate surrounding cosmetic procedures, personal appearance and the criticism celebrities often face on social media.
