Plan to Send 30,000 Skilled Youth Abroad

Quetta (Daily Qudrat) — The Balochistan government has decided to accelerate progress on a plan to provide overseas employment opportunities to 30,000 youth by imparting technical skills to them. In a meeting of the Balochistan Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority chaired by Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti, measures to make youth skilled and provide them training in accordance with modern requirements were reviewed.

During the meeting, officials informed that the Institute Registration Portal has begun functioning, while a plan to provide technical training to 25,000 youth of Balochistan in various fields was also approved.

The meeting emphasized the importance of technical education and vocational training to make youth employable. Under the approved plan, a target has been set to impart skills to 25,000 youth in various fields.
