Pakistan Consulate in New York to remain closed on October 12

NEW YORK: The Consulate General of Pakistan in New York has announced a public holiday on October 12, 2026, in observance of Columbus Day.

According to an official notice issued by the consulate, its offices will remain closed to the public on Monday, October 12, and all consular services will remain suspended for the day.

The consulate said its routine operations and services would resume as usual on the following day, Tuesday, October 13.

The announcement applies to the Consulate General of Pakistan in New York and concerns its public-facing consular services.
