Governor’s Rule or Emergency in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa? Extensive Preparations Made to Control the Reaction — Muneeb Farooq

Islamabad (Qudrat Daily) – Journalist Muneeb Farooq has said that if governor’s rule or emergency is imposed in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, extensive preparations have been made to control the reaction. Sohail Afridi, cabinet members, or the leadership will be arrested or kept under detention, and there will be an “emergency plus” situation. In his vlog, Muneeb Farooq stated that in the event of governor’s rule/emergency in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, extensive preparations have been made to control the reaction. The biggest thing is that across the country, especially in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab, major leadership will be arrested under 3-MPO, or placed under house arrest, or arrested and detained.

As far as Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is concerned, a report has reached Islamabad that as soon as the KP government is dissolved, the police and administration will do whatever the federal government says; there will be no resistance there.

Similarly, to control the political reaction, additional arrangements may be made in a few districts—how to control people from coming out and protesting. So far, the reaction in KP is absolutely zero.

This arrangement can also be made that Sohail Afridi and the cabinet may be detained; until conditions return to normal, their access to people will be cut off. The news is that it will not happen that if governor’s rule or emergency is imposed, Sohail Afridi will not be able to come out on the streets to protest. There will be an emergency-plus situation; there will be no media access, sit-ins, or long marches.
