I Told Imran Khan: Sir! Tell Me, Do You Want to Become Army Chief or Prime Minister? What Is Our Fight With the Establishment? Fawad Chaudhry

Peshawar (Qudrat Daily): Former federal minister Fawad Chaudhry has said that I told Imran Khan: Sir! Tell me, what is our fight with the establishment? Did the establishment or Asim Munir bring the no-confidence motion? He had no answer.

Speaking on a podcast, he said that I told Imran Khan: Sir, tell me whether you want to become army chief or prime minister. What is our fight with this establishment of ours? Did the establishment bring the no-confidence motion against us? He had no answer.

Did General Asim Munir bring the no-confidence motion?

Did the DG ISI have a role in it? He had no answer to this.

So the no-confidence motion against us was brought by Mahmood Achakzai, Akhtar Mengal, Muhammad Zubair, and the PTM people. But our level of trust with them is such that all decision-making authority has been handed over to them. The reason for this is that Imran Khan wants PTI to not be needed right now.

That is why PTI has been outsourced.

Similarly, in his tweet on X, Fawad Chaudhry said that 34,000 people from Punjab went to jail for Imran Khan; even today, 90 percent of those in jails are people from Lahore and Punjab. The mountains of oppression and violence that were unleashed on Punjabis were borne by no one else. Hundreds are in hiding — look at that too. Now to expect that people will come out to fight with weapons is a strange expectation.

In another tweet, Fawad Chaudhry said that in the three years of Shehbaz’s Form 47 government, the income tax rate on the salaried class has increased threefold! Petroleum and salaries are the targets of this government. Nothing is left with the farmer and the industrialist — what do they have to give?
