Three Militants Killed in Dera Ismail Khan Intelligence-Based Operation
DERA ISMAIL KHAN: Three militants were killed during an intelligence-based operation conducted by security forces in Dera Ismail Khan, according to security sources.
Security forces are continuing operations against militants affiliated with Fitna al-Khawarij across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
According to security sources, the operation was launched on the basis of intelligence reports, during which three militants were killed.
The sources said that ongoing operations under the Azm-e-Istehkam vision are proving effective in weakening militant networks.
Security forces remain committed to eliminating terrorism from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and will continue operations against militants, the sources added.
President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif paid tribute to the security forces for the successful operation and praised their efforts against terrorism.
