Heavy Police Presence Outside Homes of Dr. Uzma and Noreen Niazi
Lahore (Daily Quudrat) – Immediately after the arrest of Alima Khan, sister of former Prime Minister Imran Khan, under 3 MPO, a heavy contingent of police was also deployed outside the residences of Imran Khan’s other sisters, Dr. Uzma Khan and Noreen Niazi, in Lahore. On the social media platform X, anchorperson Rai Saqib Wazir Kharal, while giving details of the situation, revealed that a large number of police are still present outside the residences of Dr. Uzma Khan and Noreen Niazi, and strict blockades have been established on both sides of the road leading to the residence, where vehicles and individuals passing through are being closely monitored.

He further said that after media representatives covered the press conference of Alima Khan’s lawyers and sister, the police officials present there repeatedly pressured reporters and camera teams to leave the area now that the press conference was over.
The anchorperson also said that the manner in which the police have cordoned off the entire area and journalists are being removed clearly gives the impression that the next target of the government and Lahore police is PTI founder Imran Khan’s other sisters, Dr. Uzma Khan and Noreen Niazi, and they too may possibly be arrested or detained soon.
