“We Are Carrying Martyrs’ Funerals, While They Are Protesting” — Mohsin Naqvi

Islamabad (Qudrat Daily): Federal Minister Mohsin Naqvi has said that the detailed verdict of the Islamabad High Court has come out, and after the verdict there is no justification for storming Islamabad. He said that contempt of court proceedings will be initiated against those who violate the law.
Addressing a press conference, Mohsin Naqvi said that if they want to protest, they should do so in their own area; they will not be allowed to storm Islamabad. He stated that preparations regarding the protest have been finalized today and “we are fully prepared,” adding that it is our duty to stop such protests.
The Federal Minister said that there should be a difference between political gatherings, processions, and mobs. He said that in the past, our losses have been very heavy. He warned that if bullets are fired at young people, they will not sit silently, and that law enforcement agencies have been instructed to stop them by all possible means.
Mohsin Naqvi said that “we are carrying the funerals of martyrs, while they are protesting.” He said that the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa should focus on stopping terrorism instead of the long march.
He said that the country must be confronted with terrorists, and issues cannot be resolved through fighting and quarreling. Mohsin Naqvi said that if even a single life is lost, those responsible will be the ones who brought and organized the mob.
The Federal Minister said that if issues can be resolved through mobs, then they should go ahead, and “we are fully prepared for that.” He once again said that it is our duty to stop such protests.
