Two Militants Killed, Three Injured in Security Operation in Washuk’s Beseema

BASEEMA: Security forces killed two militants and injured three others during an intelligence-based operation in the Kali Zaik area of Beseema tehsil in Balochistan’s Washuk district, security sources said.

According to the sources, the intelligence-based operation was conducted approximately 12 kilometres north of the Beseema camp, between Kali Zaik and Kaghli, where security forces targeted a suspected militant hideout.

Two militants were killed and three others sustained injuries during the operation, the sources said.

A quantity of ammunition, magazines, hand grenades and equipment allegedly used for preparing improvised explosive devices (IEDs) was also recovered from the militants’ possession.

Security sources said a clearance operation and further کارروائی in the area were continuing.
