Shagufta Ejaz Conquers Fear, Takes Zipline Challenge at Daughter’s Request

Karachi: Renowned Pakistani actress Shagufta Ejaz is currently spending time with her daughter Anya in the United Kingdom, where she recently took on an adventure she had initially been hesitant to try.
The actress went ziplining in Wales and shared the experience in her YouTube vlog. According to Shagufta, she was initially unwilling to participate and turned down the activity several times. However, after repeated encouragement from her daughter Anya, she finally gathered the courage to take on the zipline challenge.
After completing the ride, Shagufta said the experience turned out to be much better than she had expected. She described the feeling as being like “flying through the air like an eagle” and said she was now wondering why she had not tried it earlier.
Anya revealed in the vlog that her mother remained hesitant until the last moment and was still reluctant even when it was time to pay for the ride. Her continued encouragement eventually convinced Shagufta to change her mind.
Thanking her daughter, Shagufta said she was happy to have experienced the adventure and appreciated Anya for encouraging her to overcome her hesitation. In the caption of her vlog, the actress also said that she had finally faced her fear.
The video sparked mixed reactions on social media. Many fans praised Shagufta for her courage and her enthusiasm for enjoying life, while some users questioned the decision to undertake the activity based on her age.
Some users also criticized Anya and advised her to avoid involving her mother in similar adventurous activities in the future. One user said such experiences could be undertaken at any age, but warned that safety should never be overlooked during adventurous activities.
On the other hand, many fans praised Anya for encouraging her mother to travel and experience new things rather than restricting her to the home. They said that while age should be considered, there is no specific age limit for trying something new as long as the activity is carried out safely.
