Surab-Gad Incident Was Civilian-Based, Not Intelligence-Based Operation: MPA Zafarullah Zehri

Quetta: Balochistan MPA from Surab, Mir Zafarullah Khan Zehri, has claimed that the operation in the Surab-Gad area was not intelligence-based but a civilian-based operation.

Speaking about the Surab-Gad incident, Zehri said that people in the area were mentally prepared for such incidents and revealed that he had also written a letter to General Headquarters (GHQ) regarding the matter.

Zehri claimed that no terrorist was recovered from the area during the operation, questioning the nature and purpose of the action.

He further said that the people of Balochistan were prepared to continue making sacrifices in the future as well.
