Pashtunkhwa National Awami Party Calls for Organized Struggle Against Political and Economic Marginalization

Khanozai: Leaders of the Pashtunkhwa National Awami Party (PkNAP) have said that the challenges facing the Pashtun Afghan nation are the result of political, economic, cultural, and national marginalization, stressing that an organized and ideological struggle is essential to overcome them.

The remarks were made by the party’s Central Information Secretary Muhammad Isa Roshan and Provincial Deputy Secretary and Pishin District Secretary Mahmood Riaz while addressing a meeting of the party’s Pishin District Committee. Members of the district executive committee, central committee, regional secretaries, and senior office-bearers attended the meeting, reviewed organizational reports, and discussed the party’s future strategy.

According to a statement issued after the meeting, the party leaders alleged that the Pashtun homeland has been subjected to an unnatural administrative division, exploitation of natural resources, and political disenfranchisement, resulting in widespread economic and social hardship for the Pashtun population.

The leaders urged party members to strengthen organizational structures, maintain close contact with the public, expand party membership, and ensure the regular implementation of party decisions through consistent meetings and grassroots activities.

They also claimed that the prevailing law and order situation in Pashtun and Baloch regions, stretching from Swat to Quetta and Sibi, is aimed at prolonging the political subjugation of marginalized nationalities and facilitating continued control over their natural resources.

The party leaders called for greater unity among the Pashtun people, emphasizing that collective political and democratic struggle is the way to secure their rights and protect national interests.
