UAE Resumes Visit Visa Issuance for Pakistani Citizens Through Registered Travel Agents

ISLAMABAD: The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has resumed the issuance of visit visas for Pakistani citizens, bringing relief to travelers who had faced months of uncertainty and difficulties in obtaining visas.
Under the new arrangement, visit visa applications will only be accepted through registered travel agents, making them the authorized channel for submitting applications.
The decision is expected to significantly ease the visa process and reduce the uncertainty that many Pakistani travelers have experienced in recent months.
The development has been confirmed by representatives of Pakistan’s travel industry as well as an official at the UAE Embassy in Pakistan, marking a major positive step for Pakistanis planning to visit the Emirates.
Travel industry officials believe the resumption of visit visas will facilitate tourism, family visits, and business travel between Pakistan and the UAE.
