Tribal Leader Among Two Abducted by Armed Men in Balochistan’s Khuzdar District
Quetta: Two people, including a tribal leader, were allegedly abducted by unidentified armed men in Khuzdar district of Balochistan, prompting security forces to launch a search operation.
According to security sources, Mir Akhlaq Khidrani, a tribal leader, and his brother Javed were kidnapped in the Aranji area of Khuzdar by unidentified gunmen. A third brother reportedly managed to escape from the attackers.
The assailants fled the scene with the two abducted men before security personnel arrived.
Following the incident, security forces established checkpoints in the area and launched a search operation to recover the abductees and trace those responsible for the kidnapping.
No group has claimed responsibility for the abduction, and investigations are ongoing.
