Balochistan Ends Saturday Holiday in Government Schools, New Weekly Schedule Takes Effect

Quetta: The Balochistan Education Department has abolished the Saturday weekly holiday in all government schools across the province and issued a notification introducing a new school schedule.

According to the notification, all government schools in Balochistan will now remain open from Monday to Saturday, with Sunday being the only weekly holiday.

The Education Department said the revised schedule has come into effect immediately. All district education officers and school heads have been directed to ensure strict implementation of the new policy.

The department stated that the change applies to all public schools across the province and instructed education authorities to comply with the notification without delay.
