Six Arrested in PTI Leader Abdullah Tahir Murder Case

Lahore: Police have arrested six suspects in connection with the murder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Abdullah Tahir, who was shot dead in Lahore’s Ghalib Market area.
According to police sources, the suspects were arrested on allegations of facilitating the gunmen involved in the attack.
Investigators said the vehicle used to transport the shooters was rented from Gujranwala and has been taken into police custody. The suspects allegedly fitted the vehicle with fake number plates after obtaining it.
Police sources further revealed that the suspects traveled in the rented vehicle up to the Gulberg area before switching to motorcycles to reach the clinic where the shooting took place.
Police said efforts are ongoing to trace and arrest the main shooters, while further investigation into the case is underway.
