SIFC Facilitation Enables Pakistani Digital Technology to Access Global Markets

Islamabad: With effective and coordinated facilitation by the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC), Pakistani digital technology and IT services have gained access to global commercial markets, strengthening the country’s technology sector and long-term economic outlook.

Driven by SIFC’s strategic vision, Pakistan is actively promoting its technical expertise and digital services at the international level, resulting in continuous growth of the domestic IT industry. As part of this initiative, leading Pakistani technology company Supernet is preparing to expand its footprint in global markets.

Under the banner of Supernet Global, Dubai is being developed as the company’s first regional hub, from where services will be provided to international clients. From its Dubai base, Supernet will offer digital and technical solutions to institutions, carriers, and enterprise clients. The company’s global expansion strategy is focused on the Middle East, Africa, and Central Asian countries.

Supernet Global has expressed its commitment to contributing to Pakistan’s foreign exchange reserves by tapping into the multi-billion-dollar technology markets of the Middle East and Africa. The company highlighted the satellite communications market as one of its key strengths, noting that it is expected to witness significant growth by 2030.

The company also clarified that its technical and engineering services will continue to be based in Pakistan, which is expected to boost the country’s digital services exports. According to Supernet Global, this strategy will help Pakistan effectively participate in global digital markets while exporting local expertise, talent, and technology.
