Trump Says No Final Decision Yet on Large-Scale Strike Against Iran

U.S. President **Donald Trump** said he has **not yet made a final decision** on whether to launch a large-scale military strike against Iran, citing ongoing negotiations with Tehran.

Speaking to reporters in the Oval Office, Trump said the United States would **not pursue a civilian nuclear agreement with Saudi Arabia** unless the kingdom joins the **Abraham Accords**.

Responding to questions about Iran, Trump said Iranian officials have shown greater seriousness in the ongoing talks than they had previously.

“We are still in discussions with them, and I believe they are becoming more serious with each passing day,” Trump said, adding that “everyone probably knows the reason why.”

A few days earlier, Trump approved a proposed civilian nuclear cooperation agreement with Saudi Arabia, though the deal still requires approval from the U.S. Congress before it can take effect.

In a previous social media post, Trump said the proposed agreement would **not allow uranium enrichment** and that the nuclear program would be used **exclusively for peaceful, non-military purposes**. He also reiterated that **Saudi Arabia’s participation in the Abraham Accords** would be a key condition for the agreement.
