Balochistan Youth Should Choose Education Over Violence, Says Home Minister Ziaullah Langove

Quetta: Balochistan Home Minister Mir Ziaullah Langove has urged the province’s youth to pursue education, research, and knowledge instead of violence, saying the future of Balochistan is closely linked with Pakistan and that national progress can only be achieved through learning and awareness.

In a statement, Langove said terrorism, violence, and extremism lead only to destruction and instability. He encouraged young people to stay away from negative activities and use their talents for constructive and productive purposes.

The home minister said that young people who take up arms and head to the mountains not only endanger their own lives but also hinder Balochistan’s development and prosperity. He stressed that the province’s youth possess immense potential and can make a significant contribution to the progress of both Balochistan and Pakistan through education and skills.

Langove also described the reported involvement of women in extremist activities as a matter of concern, saying all sections of society must work together to guide the younger generation toward positive and peaceful paths.

He added that the Balochistan government is taking steps to provide better educational facilities and opportunities for young people, enabling them to build a brighter future.

The minister concluded by urging the youth to embrace the path of peace, education, and awareness, and to play an active role in the development and prosperity of Balochistan.
