Bridge and Gas Pipeline Blown Up in Separate Explosions in Mastung

Quetta: A bridge and a gas pipeline were damaged in two separate explosions carried out by unidentified assailants in Balochistan’s Mastung district on Tuesday, authorities said.

According to police, unidentified individuals used explosive materials to destroy a bridge near Killi Goro in the Khad Kocha area along the N-25 National Highway. The blast disrupted traffic on the Quetta–Karachi highway, leaving the route temporarily blocked.

In a separate incident in the Spezand area of Dasht, unidentified attackers allegedly blew up a gas pipeline with explosives, causing a suspension of gas supply to the affected area.

Following the incidents, security forces launched a search operation in the surrounding areas to trace and apprehend those responsible. Authorities are investigating both attacks.
