Balochistan Government Orders Probe into Mashkayl Killings, Vows Justice
Quetta: Balochistan government spokesperson Shahid Rind has strongly condemned the killing of five people in the firing incident in Mashkayl, Washuk district, describing the attack as tragic and highly deplorable.
In a statement, Shahid Rind said the Balochistan government had taken immediate notice of the incident and ordered a transparent and impartial investigation. He stressed that those responsible for the murder of innocent civilians would not escape the law.
He added that law enforcement agencies have been directed to arrest the perpetrators without delay and bring them to justice.
The spokesperson said the provincial government stands with the bereaved families and will provide them with every possible support. He also reaffirmed that no attempt to disrupt peace and stability in Balochistan would be allowed to succeed.
Shahid Rind emphasized that the state remains committed to protecting the lives and property of its citizens and will continue taking decisive action against elements involved in spreading fear and violence. He added that the Balochistan government is utilizing all available resources to ensure public safety, deliver justice, and maintain lasting peace across the province.
