Opposition Alliance Demands Joint Parliamentary Session on Security Situation in Balochistan and AJK

Islamabad:** The Tehreek Tahaffuz-e-Ayeen Pakistan (TTAP) has called for a joint session of Parliament to discuss the security situation in **Balochistan**, **Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK)**, and other national security challenges.
Speaking at a joint press conference in Islamabad, National Assembly Opposition Leader **Mahmood Khan Achakzai** demanded an impartial investigation into the recent **Ziarat incident** and called for those responsible to be brought to justice.
Achakzai said that in many countries, ministers resign following such incidents. He also claimed that he was prevented from traveling to Azad Kashmir, where he intended to meet and speak with the local population.
Speaking at the same press conference, **Sardar Akhtar Mengal** said that the country’s issues could only be resolved through political dialogue, emphasizing that tolerance and democratic engagement are essential in politics.
Meanwhile, Senate Opposition Leader **Allama Raja Nasir Abbas** said Pakistan is facing an intensifying political and security crisis, adding that public frustration and disappointment are continuing to grow.
