Balochistan Awami Party Announces Three-Day Mourning for Victims of Recent Terror Attacks

Quetta: The Balochistan Awami Party> (BAP) has announced a three-day mourning period to honor members of the armed forces, Frontier Corps (FC), police personnel, and civilians who lost their lives in recent terrorist attacks.

The announcement was made by former Senate chairman Sadiq Sanjrani after consultations with BAP President Khalid Hussain Magsi and Secretary General Manzoor Ahmad Kakar.

In a statement, the party expressed deep sorrow over the recent wave of terrorism and paid tribute to those who lost their lives in the attacks. BAP said the three-day mourning period is intended to honor the sacrifices of the victims and express solidarity with their families.

The party has directed all district presidents, general secretaries, and organizational office-bearers to observe the mourning period in their respective districts. Party offices have been instructed to fly flags at half-mast, postpone all non-essential ceremonies and celebratory events, and arrange special prayers for the departed souls, the country’s peace and stability, and the speedy recovery of those injured.

Sadiq Sanjrani said the nation would never forget the sacrifices of its martyrs, praising the courage of Pakistan’s armed forces, FC personnel, police officers, and innocent civilians who lost their lives in the fight against terrorism.

He reaffirmed the party’s support for the families of the victims and pledged that BAP would continue to back all national efforts aimed at eliminating terrorism and ensuring peace and stability in the country.
